Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Big Block Magazine and its publishing tools collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers both this website and the Big Block Radio publishing application that posts our own videos to our own YouTube channel.

Who we are
Big Block Magazine is published by Creative Corner Agency LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Naples, Florida. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Creative Corner Agency LLC. You can reach us at contact@bigblockmagazine.com.
The Big Block Radio publishing application
We operate an internal application, registered with Google as "Big Block Reporting", that we use to publish our own video episodes to the Big Block Radio YouTube channel that we own and control. This section describes the Google and YouTube data that application accesses.
What Google data it accesses. With the account owner's explicit authorization, the application uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos to, and manage videos on, the Big Block Radio channel. It requests access to the YouTube account only for that purpose.
How that data is used. The access is used solely to publish and manage our own channel's videos, such as uploading a new episode and setting its title, description and tags. It is not used for any other purpose.
What we do not do. We do not use Google or YouTube account data to build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide this functionality, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Limited Use. Big Block Reporting's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and revocation. The authorization credential is stored securely on our own systems and is used only to publish to our channel. The account owner can revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Information this website collects
This website is a static publication. We do not require you to create an account to read it. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide and use it only to send that newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Data retention
We keep newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe. We keep the publishing application's authorization only for as long as we operate the channel, and it is removed when access is revoked. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The channel owner can revoke the publishing application's access at any time as described above. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request its deletion, contact us at contact@bigblockmagazine.com.
Children
This site and its tools are intended for a general adult audience and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at this address.
